For our PANG Industrial division, TECH Europe BV is currently recruiting for a Business Developer (Permanent, Full-Time, Hybrid) to join our team. For further details, please read the following job description below.

Purpose:

  • Developing and managing sales for PANG Industrial products.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Gains a thorough understanding of the European, Middle East and African industrial marketplace.
  • Directs the development, implementation, and administration of the annual PANG Industrial product strategic sales plan to follow up objectives for sales bookings/revenue/market share and which are consistent with the annual sales plan.
  • Develops and implements the agreed distribution model for PANG Industrial Products in Europe, Middle East and Africa, thus creating the foundation for increasing our market share.
  • Builds strong relationships with our PANG Industrial product customer base.
  • Identifies and acquires new industrial customers including manufacturer’s representatives, industrial distributors, and end users (house accounts).
  • Creates needed PANG Industrial Products training materials.
  • Develops rolling product sales forecast by product and dollar and sets and communicates annual customer performance goals accordingly.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
  • Monitors competitor products, sales, and marketing activities.
