Purpose:
- Developing and managing sales for PANG Industrial products.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Gains a thorough understanding of the European, Middle East and African industrial marketplace.
- Directs the development, implementation, and administration of the annual PANG Industrial product strategic sales plan to follow up objectives for sales bookings/revenue/market share and which are consistent with the annual sales plan.
- Develops and implements the agreed distribution model for PANG Industrial Products in Europe, Middle East and Africa, thus creating the foundation for increasing our market share.
- Builds strong relationships with our PANG Industrial product customer base.
- Identifies and acquires new industrial customers including manufacturer’s representatives, industrial distributors, and end users (house accounts).
- Creates needed PANG Industrial Products training materials.
- Develops rolling product sales forecast by product and dollar and sets and communicates annual customer performance goals accordingly.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
- Monitors competitor products, sales, and marketing activities.
