PANG Industrial recently conducted a comprehensive two-day training session with Anwa Tech, aimed at strengthening product knowledge and technical application of our market leading solutions for industrial repair. The training was led by Alessandro Sepe, PANG Industrial’s dedicated Technical Trainer for the EMEA region, who joined the Anwa Tech team – including General Manager Łukasz Popławski – at the company’s headquarters in Sulejówek, Poland.
Day Two: On-Site at Heidelberg Materials, Górażdże
The second day of training took place at Heidelberg Materials’ cement plant in Górażdże and was tailored specifically for the facility’s maintenance team.
Following a similar structure, the session began with a product overview presentation and continued with live demonstrations of Pangofol patches and ELI-FLEX applications in an operational environment. The goal was to equip the maintenance team with practical techniques for efficient and effective belt repair.
Day One: In-House Training at Anwa Tech HQ
The first day of training took place in Anwa Tech’s dedicated training room and was attended by their sales and technical teams. Alessandro was also pleased to meet with several of their key customers. Before the practical demonstrations, Alessandro delivered a detailed presentation highlighting how PANG Industrial products are expertly engineered for repairs, protection, bonding, pulley lagging and belt fabrication – trusted across industries such as mining and food processing.
The presentation also covered the usage and benefits of our extensive range of repair patches and supporting chemicals, including Pangofol.
This was followed by hands-on demonstrations, where participants had the opportunity to test equipment and materials first-hand. The group practiced using the PANG cutter, applied Pangofol with a Diamond Patch, and completed an application of ELI-FLEX, a two-part urethane used for fast repairs on rubber belt, lagging, and lining.
